Shipping policy

Shipping Notice: This product ships from our 3rd party vendor. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and an additional 10-14 business days for your item to be delivered based on nationwide shipping delays, national and international holidays.

This excludes products shipping directly from our facility (ex: stickers, cell phone accessories, and journals). These items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Please see specific shipping details selected at checkout. In most cases, customers are notified when an item is shipped. Depending on carrier, packages are left in mailbox, door, or entryway.

Please note, some items do ship separately within the same order according to availability. Shipping rates are calculated based on average shipping/handling rates at the time of purchase. 

All customer service inquires are typically responded to within 2-3 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends.
